Jessamy is Your Team’s co-team lead and analytics expert. She was born and raised on the Western Slope and transitioned into real estate after 10 years of marketing experience. She received a B.B.A. from Colorado Mesa University and excels at providing clients with real estate data and analytical details. She enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, athletics, and supporting her children’s activities. Jessamy serves as a volunteer board member for Habitat for Humanity of the San Juans.

Licensed Real Estate Broker and Team Lead

Kerri is Your Team’s co-lead and sales specialist. She was raised in Montrose, Colorado, by parents who instilled a deep sense of work ethic and dedication. She has 18 years of sales experience, 12 of which have been in real estate. In Kerri’s free time, she enjoys moto-cross, traveling, and supporting her husband and two children in their sporting adventures. Kerri is a founding board member of PEER Kindness, where she has served for six years, currently as the event planning committee chair.

Licensed Transaction Coordinator, Office Manager

Sarah is Your Team’s transaction coordinator and office manager. She has been working in administration for more than 20 years, with eight years as a licensed real estate transaction coordinator. She has a bachelor’s degree in education studies and is a United States Army veteran. Sarah enjoys singing, supporting her children in their activities, paddle boarding, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

Alex is a dedicated real estate professional who brings passion, expertise, and a deep commitment to helping individuals achieve their real estate goals to the team. Alex has a background in education and coaching and is equipped with strong communication, leadership, and a genuine desire to see others succeed. Alex has proudly called the Western Slope of Colorado home since 2015. When he’s not helping clients buy or sell their dream homes, you can find him spending quality time with his family, coaching local high school sports teams, and exploring the breathtaking natural beauty of Western Colorado.

Licensed Personal Assistant

Kaitlin is dedicated to helping people find the home of their dreams. She knows that moving can be intimidating, and she makes that process as enjoyable and smooth as possible by showering her clients with care and kindness. Kaitlin is a natural caregiver and joins Your Team after spending time as an RN and a stay-at-home mom. Her home is her happy place, and she wants nothing more than for you to feel happy in your home, too.
